At its sole discretion, Singularity Industries may make repairs, replacements, or offer reasonable compensation. These are the exclusive remedies granted by this warranty. Replacements may have discrepancies from the originally purchased item, in cases of obscelescence or shortfalls.

Failures arising from workmanship or component defects

Damage from irregular use, unauthorized modification, or accidents
Normal wear and tear (e.g., cable fraying, tip degradation)
Loss or theft

Do not listen at high volume, even briefly, as doing so may cause permanent hearing damage.

Do not use Paradox with non-compatible external amplifiers.

Do not expose to liquid or extreme temperatures.

Small parts present a choking hazard. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Singularity Industries is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow this guidance, to the extent permitted by law.
